Working out is a hobby my father and I share in common. My love for walking was started at a young age when my pops and I would take long walks around the neighborhood. Now, with two kids of my own I am teaching them how being outside and walking is one of the best things one can do for their general well-being.
When the weather is decent, and my defintion of decent is pretty broad (anything over 45, no wind), I will take the kids in my double jogger for a 4 mile walk. I speed walk. I used to be runner, but um, yea pushing a double jogger with two 25 pound kids is not easy. When I don't walk outside, I either go to the health club or workout at home. Twelve minutes of marching in place fast with a couple jogs is a mile. I lost a lot of baby weight knowing that little fact. I keep a few free weights at home as well. My new favorite arm workout is doing 100 front punching jabs with 2 pound weights.

I just love getting out with the boys and taking walks. Unfort. both are too big for a stroller now so it doesn't go as smoothly but it's still fun.
