I guess I should introduce myself... I'm a vicar at Trinity Lutheran Church, Howards Grove, Wisconsin.
I've had your blog in my feed reader since sometime last year. I think I found you through Mrs. Meyer's blog Respublica.
Keep up the great blogging!

“My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, Commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.”
It sounded good anyway. Keep up the good work!

Do family qualify for the giveaway? I enjoy your devotions on here. Good Web site! --Heidi

Hi Sarah,
Don't count me in on the drawing, since I won the last time, but I wanted to let you know that I'm still reading.
BTW my wife and I use the TODP regularly. Much more meaningful than a simple devotional booklet. The writings by the "old Lutherans" has been really meaningful in helping to follow some of the more difficult scripture readings.
thanks again.
