Trademark Dispute Between Issues, Etc. and LC-MS

Oh the drama that is life and the church.  The radio show Issues, Etc. is now having to fight for their trademark name.  It is being reported the LC-MS let ownership of the trademark name expire in 1999, and are now spending money trying to win it back.

From my brief overview of the situation, I believe Issue, Etc. is in the right and the LC-MS should just let it go and save everyone a lot unneeded stress.
